VII. |
All
believers should seek the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.
The
promise has been made to each believer. Our responsibility is to ask
for and receive the baptism, according to the command of Jesus
Christ. With this comes the empowerment for life and service. This
experience is distinct from and should follow the new birth.
